I am a huge lover and believer in protein shakes.
There are so many options available now from Whey protein to plant based options to meal replacement shakes.
I usually have a few options in my pantry at all times, and I definitely travel with a few different kinds and flavors of protein powders for easy meals on the go.
My favorite flavors from Ka’chava are chocolate and Coconut Acai. I have also consumed the Vanilla and Matcha flavors…seriously they are all delicious!
I also travel with LiveGood’s vanilla protein powder, which I love to add fresh fruit to when I am on the road.

The BlendJet is my favorite traveling appliance to help me eat healthier.
I have tried quite a few shaker bottles, but they just can’t compare to the BlendJet.
The BlendJet battery operated and can be charged quickly, although the battery does last for a few uses.
I use water, a few ice cubes from the cooler, and protein powder, push the button and boom…a delicious well blended shake.
Clean up is quick and easy. A little bit of dish soap and water and hit the button, rinse it out and it is ready to go again.
