As part of the tour, we were treated to a beer-making demonstration, where the brewmaster explained the process from start to finish—from selecting the ingredients to the fermentation and aging process.
After the demonstration, we got to sample some of the brewery’s finest offerings, including their signature pale ales and lagers. There’s something special about enjoying a cold beer right where it was made, especially after a day of exploring. The brewery’s warm, welcoming atmosphere made it a highlight of the day, and I left with a newfound appreciation for Czech beer culture.
