Orange Mango Smoothie

An Orange Mango Smoothie is a vibrant and refreshing drink that combines the flavors of sweet oranges and tropical mangoes. Here’s a simple recipe to make one:

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and pitted
  • 2 large oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt (for a dairy-free option)
  • 1/2 cup of orange juice
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • Optional: honey or sweetener of your choice, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cut the mango into chunks, discarding the pit and skin.
  2. Peel and segment the oranges, removing any seeds.
  3. Place the mango chunks, orange segments, Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt), orange juice, and ice cubes into a blender.
  4. If desired, add a sweetener of your choice, such as honey or a natural sweetener, to taste.
  5. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or consistency if needed by adding more sweetener or orange juice.
  7. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.

Note: You can also add a handful of spinach or kale to make it a green orange mango smoothie for added nutrition. You can also add a scoop of Vanilla Plant-Based Protein Powder for additional nutritious value. Additionally, if you prefer a colder and thicker consistency, you can freeze the mango and orange segments in advance, omitting the ice cubes.

Enjoy the tropical flavors of the orange mango smoothie!
